Caroline has a unique role at Loveridge Digital. Caroline is our in-house community manager, whilst also having the mammoth task ensuring the European side’s paperwork stays tame. When it comes to formalities, Caroline is the queen of order, always ensuring all the i’s are dotted, and the t’s are crossed.
Caroline says “I am a spiritual being always providing a human touch and experience.” So it makes perfect sense that she’s the dedicated Community Manager at Loveridge Digital. Caroline always keeps the team’s morale uplifted and is on the pulse of the day-to-day team’s needs. She ensures everyone working on a customer’s account knows the customer in-depth and can provide that high level of customer service. Caroline started our community and team involvement at Loveridge Digital and plans to stay with us for as long as she can. This is why at Loveridge Digital, everyone loves Caroline!
